Kidwise is a place for parents to connect with each other, and with various service providers who provide education, development & recreation options for their kids.

Reviews by other parents are a very important factor in our evaluation of the options for our kids schools, tutors, coaches, activities etc. As most parents rely recommendations and reviews of other parents they trust, Kidwise is committed to provide a reliable & trustworthy environment for parents to share their experiences of various providers.

Genuine and helpful reviews enable parents to evaluate the benefits and limitations of a provider for their kids. In many cases, it is not about good or bad, as it is about finding a provider that works for your child. Just as each child is unique, so is the way in which a provider may suit your child, or otherwise.

Please follow the below guidelines when writing reviews on Kidwise:

Be descriptive and relevant: your review will be most useful to other parents if it describes what you liked/did not like about the provider, and the reasons for same, along with any examples of exceptional/poor service. For this reason, reviews on Kidwise must contain a minimum of 100 characters. Also, do not use unnecessary words or characters, which are not relevant to the context.

First-hand experiences : Our community wants to hear about YOUR experience. This means no hearsay, rumors or quotations from other sources. Please only provide reviews based on experiences you’ve had and be sure to include enough detail in your review that other parents will find your advice helpful. However, you MAY also include reviews from trusted people close to you, who have first-hand experience, provided you mention this in your review.

Unbiased : Reviews are most helpful when they provide unbiased advice. We don’t allow individuals or entities who own or are affiliated or employed with a provider, to post reviews of their own business or competing businesses. Reviews submitted in an attempt to blackmail a business will also not be published. If you suspect a review is fake or doesn’t meet Kidwise’s review guidelines, you can use the “Report” button on the listing page, and mention the users name whose review is objectionable.

No Promotions:  Reviews must not contain promotional links, email addresses, phone numbers,  or solicit users to visit other businesses, or make comparisons with other businesses, whether or not listed on Kidwise. We reserve the right to reject any links for any reason.

No Incentives: Providers may not offer any incentives or personal gain, such as gifts, services or money, to users to write reviews for them, or competing businesses.

No disputes: Kidwise is not the appropriate platform for reporting any individual disputes, illegal activities, violations of any laws, or anything under investigation by government or law-enforcement agencies. Any accusations or disputes be reported to the concerned authorities rather than being mentioned in reviews.

All reviews must be compliant with the Kidwise Code of Conduct.

Only one review can be submitted by a particular user, on any particular listing. You cannot edit your review after it is submitted and approved. However, you may submit any number of replies to your own review, if you wish to provide any additional details or clarifications.

Each review submitted on Kidwise is subject to moderation by our team, and undergoes both technological and human checks to minimise the instances of fake reviews, or multiple reviews being submitted. Kidwise reserves the right to disapprove or remove any reviews, which in its sole discretion, do not adhere to these guidelines.
